You have the right to cancel your order within 1 day after it has been placed. The seller also reserves the right to cancel your order and is obligated to issue a refund.

All sellers, upon registering, automatically agree to comply with our Replacement and Refund policy.

The WorldBay Market administrative team is responsible for resolving cases that require refunds or replacements. By registering on our platform, you consent to abide by the decisions made by our administrators concerning refunds or replacements under eligible circumstances.

WorldBay Market acts as a neutral facilitator between buyers and sellers.

We assume limited liability, extending only to the ban and refund of orders from untrustworthy sellers for issues such as incomplete orders, fraudulent activities, or counterfeit replacements and returns. Our platform empowers sellers to securely manage and market their products online. Buyer trust should be based on the seller's transaction history, reviews, and ratings. Beyond these measures, WorldBay Market is not responsible for seller actions relating to your orders, except for platform moderation and enhancing the overall purchasing experience.

Secure Refunding Mechanism

To protect our buyers, WorldBay Market has established a refunding mechanism that delays the payout to the seller. For digital or service-based products, the payout is processed after 3 business days. For physical goods, the payout is processed after 15 business days.

This delayed payout system is applicable to all our accepted payment methods, including Cryptocurrency, Stripe, and PayPal.

User Guidelines for Digital and Physical Products

For digital and service-based products, if the seller fails to deliver your order within 2 days and does not provide any updates on the delivery status, you may contact WorldBay support with your full Order ID for a full refund to your original payment method.

For physical goods, if the seller fails to deliver your order within 14 days and does not provide a delivery tracking link or any updates on the delivery status, you may contact WorldBay support with your full Order ID for a full refund to your original payment method.

No replacement is available for digital products or services. Only refunds are available for these type of products.

We reserve the right to refuse returns/replacements of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Return Policy

Customers are responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning goods to the seller.

Seller Responsibilities

WorldBay Market cannot be held accountable for goods that are lost or damaged during the return process. As such, we strongly recommend utilizing a trackable and insured shipping service for returns. Sellers are obligated to process refunds or replacements only upon actual receipt of the returned goods or upon receiving conclusive proof of the goods being returned.

Sellers are mandated to replace all orders that are defective, incorrect, or damaged during shipping, irrespective of their individual refund policies set on WorldBay Market.


Exceptional Cases

In cases where a purchased product is not deemed illegal by WorldBay Market's standards and has successfully passed through our filtering system, the standard rules for refunds and replacements will not be applicable. Under such circumstances, both the buyer's Order ID/User Account and the seller's account will be subject to immediate suspension. WorldBay Market reserves the right to retain the full amount of the transaction.
