Additional Payment Fees:For transactions made using Credit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal an additional tax will be applied to the final payment. The additional amount to be applied as tax will consist of a fixed fee of $0.22 per transaction along with a variable fee ranging from 1.5% to 3.25%. This variable component is determined by the region and the country associated with the credit card being used. Please note that this tax structure will apply uniformly to all payments, irrespective of the total transaction amount.

Prohibited Activities and Conduct

• Submitting reviews that are negative without a substantiated reason may lead to the banning of your account and associated IDs.
• Unauthorized sharing or trading of Order IDs. Any such IDs will be promptly removed from our system.
• Engaging in abusive behavior, irrespective of your role as a user. Respect and trust are fundamental to conducting business.
• Fraudulent use of the WorldBay Market platform or utilizing the platform to disseminate spam or other unwanted content will result in immediate account suspension.

Seller Conditions & Terms

When you create an account, you are affirming your acceptance of our User Terms and Payment Terms as outlined above. These terms grant WorldBay comprehensive oversight of transactions and activities related to your credit card and account. In instances of issues with your customers, such as delivery problems, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account as necessary. We collaborate closely with Stripe to uphold and enhance the security and integrity of our platform for both customers and sellers.

Seller Memberships

Are sellers required to make monthly membership payments in order to engage in selling activities on our platform?

Certainly! To ensure the highest quality of our internal market experience, we mandate a monthly membership fee. This fee varies, starting at 5 euros per month and scaling up to 35 euros per month for professional sellers. Additionally, for enterprise-level businesses, we offer the exclusive B2B selling option.

Can I cancel my monthly membership payment as a Seller?

Absolutely, you have the option to cancel your monthly membership payment subscription at any time.

Can I refund my monthly membership payment as a Seller?

Regrettably, we are unable to provide refunds for the monthly membership fees paid by sellers.

Seller Fees

If a seller offers a discount exceeding 20% on a specific listing, the fees associated with that listing will be automatically reduced.

Fees for regular sellers.

• For Cryptocurrency Transactions: 8%
• For Credit Card Transactions: 9%
• For PayPal Transactions: 9%

Fees for B2B sellers.

• For Cryptocurrency Transactions: 4%
• For Credit Card Transactions: 4.50%
• For PayPal Transactions: 4.50%

PayOut for digital services/items or physical products.

• For Cryptocurrency Transactions: For orders involving physical products, the payment will be transferred to your cryptocurrency address (Bitcoin or Litecoin) within 15 business days following the completion of the transaction. For digital goods and services, a shorter waiting period of 3 business days is required after the payment has been processed.
• For Credit Card Transactions: For orders involving physical products, the payment will be transferred to your Bank Account within 15 business days following the completion of the transaction. For digital goods and services, a waiting period of also 15 business days is required after the payment has been processed.
• For PayPal Transactions: For orders involving physical products, the payment will be transferred to your Bank Account within 15 business days following the completion of the transaction. For digital goods and services, a waiting period of also 15 business days is required after the payment has been processed.


• In the event that a payout is unsuccessful due to the provision of incorrect payout details, WorldBay will temporarily suspend the transaction. We will then attempt to process the payout again over an additional 30-day period. Should these efforts remain unsuccessful and in the absence of updated information from the seller, WorldBay will place the transaction on hold. The funds will be retained for a further 30 days, awaiting seller intervention. We urge sellers to promptly respond via our support or ticketing system during this period. In the event that no response is received, WorldBay reserves the right to claim ownership of the funds.

Due to periods of increased volume in our payout processing system, there may be occasional delays. In such instances, the processing of your transaction could take an additional period of up to 15 days. Please be assured that we are committed to completing these transactions as swiftly as possible and are continuously working to expedite our payout process. Your understanding and patience in this matter are greatly appreciated.

Activities You Must Not Engage In

The following actions are strictly prohibited for all users of WorldBay Market:

• Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, or copying of any material from WorldBay Market.
• Selling or offering products or services that are illegal, including but not limited to narcotics, assassination services, child pornography, and firearms. Such activities are also prohibited under Stripe's Restricted Businesses List and PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy.
• Engaging in transactions under the name of WorldBay Market outside of the platform. We will not assume any responsibility for transactions that occur outside our system.
• Submitting negative reviews without a justified reason; such actions may result in the banning of the associated account or ID.
• Sharing or trading of IDs. Any IDs shared or traded will be immediately removed from our system.
• Exhibiting abusive behavior, irrespective of your role as a buyer or seller. Mutual respect and trust are fundamental to business interactions.
• Conducting fraudulent activities on WorldBay Market, or using the platform for the promotion or dissemination of spam or other unauthorized content, will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

B2B Solutions

WorldBay Corporation offers B2B solutions and welcomes the opportunity to establish partnerships with third-party companies. Our goal is to enhance B2B relationships on WorldBay and facilitate official sales. To become a part of the WorldBay ecosystem, prospective companies must meet the following criteria:

• Ensure that your products or services do not fall within the scope of Stripe's Restricted Businesses List, which encompasses all prohibited categories not covered in our Terms Page.
• Register your account using an official name. WorldBay Corporation will oversee the account creation process.
• Adhere to all the terms and conditions specified below this section.
• Comply with the refund and return policies outlined for individual sellers and businesses.
• WorldBay Corporation has the prerogative to establish the official enlisting fee, which is subject to variation and may differ for each company.
• All communications and negotiations with WorldBay Corporation must be conducted exclusively through email, using the official email address [email protected]. Please note that any correspondence sent from a different email address will not be considered official.
• The information provided in the email is highly confidential and will never be disclosed to the public. Its sole purpose is to assist in reviewing the specific needs of WorldBay.
